Sean is an 18 year member of Kiwanis (currently a member and President of the Staten Island Kiwanis Club and Distinguished Past President of the South Shore Kiwanis Club). He also served as the Distinguished Lieutenant Governor of the Metropolitan Division of NY District Kiwanis 2011-2012. He has served on various District, Club, and Division committees. Sean joined the Kiwanis Family 24 years ago in college when he joined Circle K (the collegiate level of Kiwanis) where he went on to serve as a Distinguished Governor of the NY District and as an International Trustee of Circle K International, where he also served on the International Executive Committee. Sean has been honored as a George F. Hixson Fellow of the Kiwanis International Foundation, Tablet of Honor of Kiwanis International Foundation, Walter Zeller Fellow of Kiwanis International Foundation, and the Carthage Pullman Society of Kiwanis International Foundation.
Sean is a member of the Board of the Staten Island Division of the Greater NY Chapter of the March of Dimes Birth Defect Foundation. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Division Board and serves on the NY Chapter Finance Committee.
Sean has also served a term as an elected member of the Community School Board from 1999 through 2002 as we the Secretary-Treasurer of the Board.
Sean is a member of the Richmond County Bar Association, NY State Bar Association, and Staten Island Board of Realtors.
Sean is graduate of Brooklyn Law School with a Juris Doctor degree in 2000, Fordham University with a Master of Arts Degree in Political Science 1995, and New York University with a Bachelors of Arts Degree with a major in Politics and minors in Biology and Chemistry in 1993.
Dawn Argentine is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and the Team Leader for Plaza Island Properties, LLC. Dawn has been in the real estate sales business for more than 4 years. Dawn is also a licensed contractor for 10 years. Dawn has been involved in property management and maintenance.
Dawn is also the Short Sale Coordinator for Plaza Island Properties, LLC.
Dawn also serves as the Coordinator of Short Sales and Modifications for Law Office of Sean P. O’Sullivan, PLLC.
Pete Fiorentino is a licensed NY State Real Estate Agent. Pete is also a Senior Title Closer and an Account Executive with Plaza Island Abstract and a Reverse Mortgage and Commercial Mortgage consultant.
Prior to this, Pete a retired member of service with the NYPD having spent 22 years on the force. He retired as a 2nd Grade Detective; he worked in the 66 Pct and the Office of Deputy Commissioner of Operations and the Chief of Department’s Office. He was a member of the NYC PBA and NYC DEA.
Pete was a member of the NYPD Holy Name Society, the NYPD Columbian Association, and the St. Ann Fathers’ Club.
Has been a licensed real estate agent for excess of 10 years having helped buyers and sellers find and sell their home. He is also a small business owner on Staten Island. Pryor also has experience in Property Management and has served as the President of a Condo Assocation Board of Homeowners.
Lenny Gioia is a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 8 years. He has extensive experience in the financial services and construction side of the real estate business also having been a licensed insuranace agent as well as owning roofing supply business for over 30 years.
Lenny is very active in the community. He is currently a member of 86th Street Bath Beach Kiwanis Club, having also served as President of the Coney Island Kiwanis Club and Lt. Governor of the Brooklyn Division. Lenny current serves as a advisor to the NY District Key Club, the Kiwanis service organization in High Schools, and coordinates clubs in Staten Island and Brooklyn.
